The questionnaire is on your desk
The questions are specific. The answers are spread across Entra ID, Defender and Intune.
Customer security questionnaires
Larger customers ask about MFA, admin rights, backups and how you handle security incidents. We check your Microsoft 365, close the gaps and back every answer with evidence from your tenant.
Sound familiar?
For companies with 50 or more employees on Microsoft 365 that have received a questionnaire or supplier assessment and need to answer it reliably.
The questions are specific. The answers are spread across Entra ID, Defender and Intune.
Your IT provider says yes. There is no dated report you could attach.
They must secure their supply chain and pass requirements on to you, even if you are not in scope yourself.
From questionnaire to evidence
We map every question to the Microsoft 365 setting that answers it. Switch the view to see which evidence goes with each answer.
Example. Questionnaires differ from customer to customer. Each question is mapped to the setting that evidences the answer. Open points are closed by risk. Until then, the answer states the exception and the date.
From the questionnaire to answers you can evidence. After the Security Assessment, you decide how to proceed.

Your choice
With Managed Security, a monthly evidence report.
In a 30-minute introductory call we review the questionnaire and scope, followed by a fixed-price proposal for the Security Assessment.
Managed Security
With Managed Security you receive an evidence report every month. When the next customer asks, the evidence is already there.
For example on MFA, admin roles and device compliance, showing where each is configured in the tenant.
We monitor your Microsoft 365 and contain incidents within agreed response times.
The next questionnaire starts with current reports instead of a search through the portals.
Supply chain security is one of the measures under Section 30 BSIG. Regulated customers therefore often pass requirements on to their suppliers by contract, for example on MFA, logging or reporting paths, including to companies that are not in scope themselves.
No. Every customer asks differently, in scope and wording. We map each question in your questionnaire to the Microsoft 365 setting that evidences the answer.
Then answer as far as you can evidence it and state the exception with a date for implementation. We or your IT provider close the gap.
The first step is the fixed-price Security Assessment, from €3,500 depending on the size of your environment. We then quote the help with the questionnaire and closing the gaps based on the findings.
The Security Assessment gives you the current state with its evidence source, at a fixed price.
